About

College Prep Advantage was created by Erin Grace, a math teacher whose students were always asking for tips to help improve their SAT scores. Erin has been teaching mathematics at Lower Merion High School in Ardmore, PA for eight years, most recently teaching AP Statistics, Calculus, and Honors Algebra 2. She is certified in mathematics, chemistry, and English, but to date has enjoyed teaching mathematics too much to leave it! In addition to her teaching, Erin has been an SAT tutor for the past nine years.

Erin is a graduate of Lehigh University with Bachelor’s Degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry as well as a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. While at Lehigh she was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar and was awarded the Phi Delta Kappa Distinguished Student Award. In addition, she was a Presidential Scholar, Roy Eckerdt College Scholar, and graduated with high honors (magna cum laude) and departmental honors in both mathematics and chemistry.

In her spare time Erin enjoys being with her husband and their daughter and son. Together they enjoy biking, hiking, and anything outdoors. One of their favorite places to visit is the family farm in north central PA. Erin is also an avid painter and most recently has taken up painting wildlife scenes on crystal stemware. She considers it a blessing to live along the banks of the Brandywine River amid "Wyeth Country".
